    Situation

School holidays are better when there’s a great choice of things to do to keep children active, having fun, and learning new things. That kind of break helps recharge the batteries, gives parents a bit less to worry about and gets kids ready to go back to school. For children in receipt of free school meals, these holiday activities are harder to access, there is no guarantee that they will eat well during the break and they can easily get caught in a cycle of inequality.

    Solution

Golfway is engaging, fun, and teaches children skills for life such as honesty, respect, co-operation, perseverance, concentration and self motivation. This project will incorporate our Unleash Your Drive project that is proven to improve children's mental resilience and well-being. Our project(s) will ensure children receive free meals in the school holiday; have a fun, active experience, and return to school with new skills that will help them make positive choices and improve their lives.
