CAFOD has launched an emergency appeal for funds, because the impact of coronavirus in countries with poor health systems will be devastating. Families without enough to eat and without access to clean water, living with HIV or in cramped refugee camps, are very vulnerable to coronavirus.

We are expanding and adapting our programme work to prevent the spread and reduce the risk of coronavirus. Every step we take now getting food and safe, clean water to families, will prevent deaths and reduce suffering, ensuring the survival of communities.
