Budleigh Salterton Arts Centre and Museum ('Fairlynch') is an all-volunteer heritage centre in its 53rd year. In recent years annual income has exceeded expenditure by about £5,000, which is unsustainable. This project aims to attract sufficient donations to balance income and expenditure.
