To run 3 projects with 4 community choirs in North & South Wales. Over 200 participants will be encouraged to engage with us creatively to create performance pieces, sharing their life histories, cultural traditions and experiences, empowering our choristers and giving them a real and resonant voice.

To provide relief to the terrible loneliness and isolation felt by people living with dementia and their families. To give people with dementia a voice within the community. To raise the confidence of people with the diagnosis. To provide quality life experiences to those living with or alongside dementia.
Solution
The charity is testament to the potential of song, music and shared creativity to enrich and enhance people’s lives. The choirs provide a safe, supportive, normalising and nourishing place to make friends and join together in a joyful, positive experience.
