    Situation

People with mental health issues, cancer and/or long-term health conditions are struggling to adjust, or continue living with symptoms including chronic pain, depression and anxiety and are often feeling socially isolated. As one person who came to us said: 'Prior to the course I felt very ashamed of the mental health problems I have. I was also extremely isolated'

    Solution

Artlift provides individuals with 10 weekly supportive creative art sessions, Our courses are led by compassionate and caring professional artist facilitators, who are able to accommodate groups of people who have a range of needs and bring fun to their lives whilst helping them to feel better. 'Attending Artlift has definitely improved my confidence, provided me with some company once a week and honestly has been a lifeline to me in a very challenging and stressful period of my life'
