MySight York provides services that help people with sight loss live independent and active lives. Founded by people with sight loss, we respond to the changing priorities of blind and partially sighted people – new technology, welcoming groups, excellent information – we’ve got it all!
Solution
Our services meet the changing priorities of blind and partially sighted people. Our Equipment and Information Centre has the latest technology, equipment and aides which people can try out. Our activities programme has something for everyone - support and discussion groups, craft groups and accessible sports and exercise clubs. We also provide a quarterly newsletter which provides information on the latest gadgets and all the activities and events people with sight loss in our community.
