The Met exists to bring creativity and culture to our community. We are a music venue, a recording studio, a home to performing arts workshops, and a house of independent artists. We believe in the power of creativity to uplift, inspire and include, and improve the wellbeing of many lives.

Situation
Our community, the artists we work with, and the audiences we serve have had an incredibly challenging time. As we emerge from the pandemic, we’ve continued work hard to support emerging artists, independent creatives and vulnerable community members, adapting our programme to support the needs of our community.
Solution
As we enter a period of recovery, we are able to welcome audiences, participants & artists back through the doors. Our audiences are increasing, but donations are vital in enabling us to continue delivering our work, & have played a large role in keeping us afloat during this challenging period. Donations enable us to continue adapting our work to the changing situation & the needs of our community & enable us to deliver brilliant projects designed to uplift, entertain & inspire our audiences.
