We deliver high quality arts provision for young people in West London through our Education & Inclusion programmes. As need increases post-lockdown, with budget cuts & the cost of living crisis, we will expand & extend our outreach work – to reach, recruit & give creative access to ALL young people

Situation
There is a lack of access to creative learning for young people in W London. We need to reach more young people & schools who face disadvantage to benefit from our: 1.Inclusion Programmes: Referral channels (social services, YOT, PRU, schools) need resourcing post-lockdown while need increases due to isolation & lost learning for young people facing educational, social, financial & mental health challenges 2.Schools Programme: Budget cuts in the creative curriculum have reduced arts access
Solution
We will reach MORE young people to engage in MORE ways:- EXPAND our Inclusion/Schools Programmes offering education/employment opportunities/resources (online, free tickets, workshops) to enhance learning/skills, build confidence, & achieve their potential; EXTEND our reach via mailouts/School Assembly Tour/marketing to increase 11-25 yr olds from: -High Priority schools (high % Free School Meals/Pupil Premium; global majority, ESL & SEND) -Low Arts Engagement areas -Referral agencies
