Situation
Ferne is home to over 300 resident animals and rehomes approximately 500 dogs and cats every year. Every animal from our dogs, cats and horses, to our goats, cows, pigs and sheep and our rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks and aviary birds has come into the Sanctuary because it is unwanted or abandoned. These animals must receive the treatment, care and love they need to enable them to live a happy life, either here at Ferne or in their new loving home.
Solution
Our dedicated animal care team work tirelessly to rebuild trust, rehabilitate, care for and support each and every animal that comes into the Sanctuary. Every donation received will help fund this care and the associated veterinary treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes for these wonderful animals.
