Situation
We are seeing a rise in the numbers of people who need to access our services during the current cost of living crisis. At The Passage we support anyone who is facing homelessness and has nowhere to turn. We will intervene quickly to stop people from becoming homeless in the first place. And we will offer long term support to anyone who is experiencing homelessness to enable them to live a safe, sustainable and happy life.
Solution
We will provide services that act with urgency and support people to find and sustain a home for good We will work with partners to formally evaluate the Housing Solutions Service for those in housing crisis We will offer real and tangible steps towards a place to call home We will provide services to the whole community with a particular focus on those with the most complex health needs We will provide pathways into meaningful and lasting employment
