1 in 2 adults have high cholesterol which is one of the highest cause factor for premature death and preventable disease leading to cardiovascular disease, stroke and vascular dementia. 1 in 250 people have inherited high cholesterol often from birth and are at risk of premature death.

To raise public awareness about cholesterol to take appropriate action; support families affected by high cholesterol through the right kind of information and support; and educate healthcare professionals and advocate amongst policy makers to improve early detection, treatment and care to reduce disease and premature death.
