    Situation

Lebanon - Children are forced to flee their homes leaving behind family members, education, and friends. Young children are left traumatised having lost their childhood. Parents are desperate to find ways for their children to integrate into their new community, to build friendships and to regain their childhood. West Midlands - Children from deprived areas do not have access to sport or the means to take part in recreational activities due to lack of opportunity and access.

    Solution

In Lebanon MCCF provides a safe space with world class coaching so children can learn, play cricket, build friendships, and improve their mental well-being. In the UK, alongside world class cricket coaching, the MCCF uses Mentors to support children's mental health. We offer a player support fund for kit, transport, and positive nutrition. We also offer specialist training for 24 outstanding players. Within all our projects we committed to ensuring there is diversity amongst our participants.
