Situation
Whether it's support for an individual, families, or in our community, our organisation works hard to do everything we can to inform and connect local people with quality, reliable services to empower them to make choices which foster independent, healthy and safe lives. Stephanie is fundraising by walking nearly 100 miles this June over the West Highland Way, in order to improve our services offered in Blackburn with Darwen and develop our work further to improve our service users' experience.
Solution
Additional funding will enable us to invest more into our work, creating more opportunities to support those most in need in our local community. We are an advocate in Blackburn with Darwen for health and wellbeing, and plan to raise awareness of our services and support via Stephanie's campaign, boosting health and wellbeing through sharing her inspiring story and encouraging more people to get out and get active.
