    Situation

We look to solve the problems that our girls and young women experience with a wide range of issues. Common difficulties we support include; mental health issues, sexual violence and exploitation, domestic abuse, family/carer relationship breakdown, employment, training and education and confidence and self-worth to name but a few. The support is person centred, with young women identifying what they want to work on and together co-producing their support goals.

    Solution

As a specialist service we are well placed to respond to this as we have a track record of successfully reducing abuse harm exploitation by applying knowledge/experience of managing trauma its impact on behaviour and physiological development, of safeguarding and addressing complex needs. Additionally demonstrate our success in supporting young women who are ‘lost’ between child, focus on younger children & consider them ‘too old’ and adult that are not appropriate to their needs services.
