PEDALL–New Forest Inclusive Cycling provides guided rides on the off road cycle tracks for people aged 8-108 with a disability, learning difficulty or barrier to cycling. We need funds to maintain the bikes to enable more people to get out cycling improving health and well being and social isolation

Wellbeing of people of all ages with additional needs. We enable people to participate in physical activity outdoors amongst nature, make new friends and build confidence and self esteem.
We provide a range of specially adapted bikes and encourage family members, friends and carers to join in and share the experience of cycling in the New Forest National Park. We also offer Group rides for Schools, Colleges, Care groups and Residential homes. We run single sessions, 6 week programmes, or we can arrange regular rides throughout the year, either weekly or monthly.
I was pleasantly surprised there was a good mix of age ranges…I really thought that was so lovely, that I even took my Dad on a taster ride, as he now has dementia. PEDALL sparked off an idea to bring my Dad, so there is an inter-generational benefit. It helps to get him out of the house, and gives
