The consequences of the current climate and biodiversity crises often impacts acutely and negatively on communities throughout the Scottish highlands and islands. However, as a direct result, there are many innovative ideas of practical ways to conserve and restore the unique flora and fauna of the area for the benefit of both people and the planet...all that is needed is some support.
Solution
Helping communities directly impacted by the climate and biodiversity crises to develop and implement community-led projects to protect, restore and regenerate nature-based solutions which can be shared or expanded to benefit other communities facing similar challenges as well as contribute to systemic change.
