We want to provide hospice services for the people of Middlesbrough and Tees Valley. To enhance the quality of life for those suffering from life-limiting illness and offer specialist palliative care and support to patients and carers.

Situation
We alleviate both physical and mental suffering. We support people suffering from bereavement and traumatic loss which has been impacted by the Covid Pandemic. We educate our communities and strategic partnerships in palliative care.
Solution
We care for people living with a terminal illness by providing specialist palliative care through pain and symptom management including our In Patient Unit. Our counselling team provides pre and post bereavement counselling on a one to one or group basis. Our Well-Being Centre offers a range of services to improve care for local people so that they are not isolated and alone. We educate our clinical colleagues and general public abut our services and specialist palliative care.
