So far we have survived the pandemic and despite huge and acute challenges we have continued to be there for everyone who needs us.. However, continued months of restrictions on how we can fundraise has left a huge hole in our funding and we have large deficits across many of our critical services. Situation
White Lodge is needed now more than ever before. For nearly 60 years White Lodge has quite literally changed the lives of thousands of individuals and the need today has never been greater. We currently support over 2,500 children and adults with disabilities and their families. This number is continually rising and we need to be there for all those who depend on us. Funds are desperately required this Christmas for us to continue providing services that are simply life changing.
Solution
We are aiming to raise £30,000 to support our most critical services: from parents coming to terms with their child’s diagnosis, children who can’t access mainstream school or activities we take for granted, children who need support with movement, speech and life skills – through to adults who have had a disability their whole lives, suffered a stroke, experienced a catastrophic life event or have a debilitating disease such as MS or Parkinsons.
