Phyllis Tuckwell are the only adult Hospice Care service supporting patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North East Hampshire. In 1979 we looked after 250 patients a year, now we support over 250 patients, relatives and carers every day!

Situation
Due to Coronavirus the last 18 months have seen us face - and overcome - challenges which we never dreamt we would have to deal with. Whilst Coronavirus has affected every aspect of our care, it has not stopped us from providing compassionate care to those in our community who need us most. At Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care our teams are structured to deliver three core services - services – Living Well, Care at Home and the In-Patient Unit.
Solution
Simply, our strategy is focussed to enable more people to access our service - by providing care and support across the whole of our region. To further develop our services to ensure that during the pandemic and post the services are accessible and fit for purpose.
