    Situation

There are an estimated 250,000 people hidden away in temporary accommodation across England. These forgotten members of society are living in poor conditions, often with severe physical and mental health issues, many of whom are isolated, with few opportunities to move their lives on.

    Solution

We provide a range of services to people who are homeless, including: Health Engagement - Improving access to professional treatment for mental / physical health needs Outreach - Holding 1-1 support appointments at people's accommodation to work through housing / benefits issues Social Connection - Combatting loneliness by matching people with a friend to do fun activities with Supporting Prison Leavers - Housing/ health support to help people who leave prison homeless rejoin the community.
