Zoё's Place Trust is a registered Charity providing palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years who are suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. Care is provided in a caring, safe and home from home environment.

Situation
Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice is a place for children aged 0-5 with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions to access respite, palliative, and end-of-life care. Many of the children and babies we care for have conditions so complex that it's difficult for them to access respite care elsewhere. This not only negatively impacts their development and social skills, but gives parents and families no opportunity to rest and recharge, as many of them provide their child with complex medical care 24/7
Solution
Zoë’s Place gives bespoke medical care and access to specialist therapies such as hydrotherapy, play therapy, music therapy, and many others. Children are given the chance to meet new people and experience new things, through trips and projects, and most importantly have fun. The respite care we provide is also a weight off the shoulders of families, parents and carers, giving them some much needed time to rest and spend time with siblings, friends and family.
