    Situation

The pandemic has caused a unique disruption to learning for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The need for specialist care, structure, equipment, and adapted learning environments means that they will emerge from this year of isolation with greater barriers to their development and wellbeing. 15% of children in England have SEND.

    Solution

Nurturing creativity is essential to supporting the wellbeing and development of SEND learners. The iOi Imagination Box brings our engaging, award-winning programmes into the home of SEND families across London. With multi-sensory activities, specialist materials and illustrated “recipe” cards, families will learn through play together, supporting their child’s development and wellbeing from home in a playful and meaningful way.
