  • I am honestly not sure how [our son] would have coped without you. It has been such a positive focus for him each week... it has been brilliant to hear roars of laughter and much chatter on Saturday mornings.

  • Can I just take this opportunity to pass on to you and the whole Montage team how thankful and grateful we are for all your hard work and creativity. We have seen her blossom during lockdown, forging friendships and gaining confidence and new skills, entirely as a result of Montage.

  • My son loved it so much and wants to come back. It has helped with his confidence, behaviour, listening and happiness. It is amazing, staff are so warm and helpful. What they do in a week is amazing.

Ensuring Montage can stay open to serve Lewisham families in one of the most deprived boroughs in the UK. Our bursaries and free activity programme combats: a lack of positive role models, lack of exposure to those from different cultures and/or socio-economic backgrounds, lack of access to the transformative power of the performing arts, which build not just performance skills, but a wide variety of life-skills.

We offer six weeks of performing arts programmes, including dance, drama and singing, culminating in shows performed to family and friends, to children from a variety of backgrounds including those with mental and physical challenges. We provide a safe space where children can explore their creativity, build confidence and make new friends. Teachers are experts in their field and young people are exposed to positive role models and afforded an alternative to the streets and gang culture.
