    Situation

This project provide's much needed support & talking therapy to those most vulnerable in our area, including those suffering domestic abuse, family breakdown, self-harm, suicidal adults & young people creating mental health issues. We'll support anyone needing our service with mental health distress from across West Surrey, from 10 years of age upwards.

    Solution

We're living solitary lives, rather than relying on the traditional support of families & communities. This isolation and forced living conditions generates all kinds of stress, anxiety, frustration and low mood. Counselling helps people to build strong, durable relationships that will reduce mental health issues and teach them new ways of managing. It may even prevent incidences of domestic abuse & coercive behaviour..
