    Situation

Covid-19 is not just a public health crisis; it’s a socioeconomic one too. Under 25s are 2.5 times more likely to work in a sector that's shut down, young people claiming unemployment benefits doubled between March and May and the eviction ban will end in August; youth homelessness is set to rise. This pandemic pushes young people to a cliff edge. With noone to fall back on they face a downward spiral into homelessness. Young people need support to access stable housing, education and jobs.

    Solution

We provide young people with the support they need to access permanent housing, sustainable careers and successful futures. Our campaign will provide young people with tools needed to leave homelessness behind for good. We'll support by providing: 1. A home 2. education and employment opportunities Our Housing and Employability services have never been more important, through these we can make it possible to minimise the effects of the economic crash and prevent youth homelessness.
