When attending to critically ill or injured patients our teams must make quick decisions in challenging environments. These manikins imitate a series of mock incidents, complete with movement, sound and reaction to treatment and decisions. Our patient monitor allows Education Facilitator to give crew realtime feedback on a patient’s condition, as they provide treatment. Through heavy use and advances in medical technology, our training facilities and equipment are outdated and in need of repair.

To meet growing patient demand, we have expanded our teams of specialist paramedics and doctors. which has increased our mission numbers. Training sessions take place on a regular basis, allowing our crew to refine their essential skills. Valuable learning takes place during the scenarios and in the subsequent debrief. The upgraded training suite would help the crew to reflect on their performance, empowering them to practice how things need to be done at the scene of an emergency incident.
