The Matthew Project has been helping people live fuller lives, free from drug and alcohol misuse for more than 35 years. We provide support to young people, veterans, professionals, people in recovery and their families. Your donation will help us continue the vital service we offer into 2021...
It ran from 12:00 PM, 1 December 2020 to 12:00 PM, 8 December 2020

The RSP has given me the chance to show the world who I truly am and not who I used to be. They've taught me how to push myself and do things I wouldn’t normally do to be a better me.
I’m almost lost for words at the lengths the staff go to help and support us in our recovery. It is amazing. It's saved my life. The staff saved my life. The Matthew Project has given me purpose again and I’m no longer fighting this battle alone.
Just thought I'd let you know that I'll never have to sit in an English or maths lesson again! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for sticking by me and believing in me, you've been a huge part in where I am today and I'll be forever grateful
I DONE IT! When I first walked in to the Mathew project, I'd heard good things and that it was different to other drug and alcohol organisations, I didn't realise just how good it was going to be. I was lost and broken and felt like I was just watching life go by. I can't thank all the staff enough
I became homeless a few weeks before the lockdown started & I was living in my car. My self-respect as well as my self-worth was absolutely zero. I cannot express how much I appreciate “Outside the Wire” and how they understand veterans of all services. With their help I know that I will get there
I may not be fully there yet, but I'm a whole world away from where I was!
