For many facing the end of life, being able to stay at home with loved ones, and receive specialist care where they feel most comfortable and safe is invaluable. Knowing that we are there to visit at any time day or night is what makes this service so special and so essential for those we care for.

Situation
Patient numbers have risen to over 600 for the first time in our history, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, most of the ways we can fundraise have been stopped. With an increasing demand for our services, and a significant reduction in our income, we need support now more than ever to ensure we can continue to be there for those who need us.
Solution
Our nurses will be out on the road visiting patients at home during December and January and throughout the busy Christmas period. The money raised through Your Home,Your Hospice will pay for the travel costs for our Hospice at Home Teams, and Children's Hospice at Home Team. This will ensure our patients are able to be cared for at home any time of the day or night.
