Our programmes develop in young people the capacity to thrive in a changing world. Our Resilient Futures programme ignites them to develop intentional resilience, with the strategies and opportunities they need to live better with themselves, others and the planet. They graduate ready for their future and to lead the change that the world so urgently needs.

The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted society’s fundamental issues, including inequality and climate change. Millions of young people ended their school years abruptly, facing an uncertain future for which they feel under-prepared. Unemployment for those with GSCE-equivalent qualifications has risen to 32%: unemployment at a young age can scar a person’s life both now and in the future.
We have created the Resilient Futures programme for school leavers and young people at the start of their careers. It is designed to help them develop the skills and competencies that will enable them to identify their passion, purpose and how to excel at careers in which they can lead and drive sustainable change. Participants graduate ready for their future and to drive and lead the change that the world so urgently needs.
The outings taught me how you can make a difference even if you don't have a lot of money. I enjoyed the creativity of solutions. They gave a visual and hands-on experience of what people are doing and what we all can do to solve challenges and make communities stronger.
This program has changed my life in many ways that I cannot explain so I would like you to continue making a difference in others as well.
I was so happy with support and motivation that we receive from you,and I thank you very much for this opportunity that you have given me.
Being part of this program has been so igniting to me, I have learned A lot about my capabilities. It has awaken something in me and I don't one bit regret having taken this opportunity and be part of something so inspirational to young people. Thank you very much to all the facilitators.
