    Situation

YCSA is an organisation that challenges discrimination and works to influence policy and practice change in relation to youth. YCSA helps BME young people embrace their potential to become active and valued members of our diverse society, developing the skills and leadership abilities to succeed in life

    Solution

    • Empower BME young people, particularly young women and girls to meet their needs and to be able to confidently make informed choices, • Provide BME young people access to culturally sensitive environments and services, • Provide counselling advice for young BME people through a ‘single door’ system in all social issues which affect their wellbeing
