Situation
The families PSC support are classed as ‘vulnerable’ either because their children have SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) or have special needs due to early life trauma & are a child in care or adopted child. Covid-19 has compounded the challenges faced by our families including social isolation, loneliness, high anxiety, challenging behaviour (child to parent violence), reduction of professional help, and no respite leading to families being desperate for PSC's help and support.
