    Situation

The absence of safe structured opportunities during half term holidays and the ever increasing number of children hanging out on the street, especially those already at risk due to their personal circumstances; increasing their vulnerability of being groomed and led into gang activity, drug carrying and criminality - pushing them into a downward spiral of negativity, unfulfilled potential and for far too many, the point of no return.

    Solution

By facilitating structured intervention half term programmes, reaching out to the most vulnerable children where they are - on the street; engaging them in activities that enable them to build self-worth and recognise and understand their difficulties, and having done so, support them to overcome all their barriers simultaneously to achieve positive progression away from vulnerability and onto supported pathways forward to achieving their full potential.
