Bosence Farm was founded in 2001 in a remote corner of West Cornwall to provide medical detox and rehabilitation for adults suffering from severe addiction. People arriving at Bosence are nearly all very ill, they have been referred because their addiction is probably going to kill them and has got to an unmanageable stage for them and their families.

We have built a successful track record in making a valuable and unique contribution to the health of the community in Cornwall and now treat up to 260 adults a year and have an 80% completion rate. We provide a safe, peaceful and tranquil environment where our service users can concentrate on getting well, free from distraction. We use nationally recognised and effective approaches to treatment and recovery that are tailored and person-centred.
