  • "This experience was life-changing for me. I am a better person because of it. I have realised that life is about choices and I am in control of my own life and destiny"

    — Amina, 2019

Situation

There is significant evidence that the reason some children grow up to fulfil their potential while others don't, is due to the level of resilience and emotional wellbeing they develop. Although such skills can be taught, not every Young Person, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds – have the opportunity, confidence, support and resources to access these opportunities. We help provide these.

Solution

This campaign could support up to 40 disadvantaged Young People aged 14-25 to participate in a programme to develop life changing levels of emotional resilience and skills. We have 87 years of experience in outdoor learning, proven to provide life-defining increases in confidence, resilience and life-skills.
