    Situation

There are 780,000 young people in the UK who are not in Education, Employment or Training. Our aim is to address this serious issue. The youngsters we support have had a dreadful start to life - facing huge challenges such as learning difficulties, behavioural/emotional/social issues. many are young carers, young offenders and some have also experienced bullying, gang culture or substance misuse. Many reduce their expectations from life, and some take out their frustrations on those around them.

    Solution

Disadvantaged youngsters often lack the self-esteem to reach their potential. They need new challenges along with support/respect to be able to demonstrate their capabilities. Our highly professional crew fully involve everyone, focusing on their achievements & valuing individual contributions. This creates a positive learning experience, opportunities for success & builds self-esteem. A recent TSYT project involving 80 unemployed youngsters saw 97% going into education or employment as a result
