More than 19 months of conflict have left over 18 million people in need in need of clean water, food and shelter, including 10.3 million who are in acute need. Hospitals, schools and farms have been destroyed. A worsening cholera outbreak in some parts of the country must also be averted before it spreads. Half of the country – 14 million people – suffer from hunger and need help before it’s too late. Of these, 7 million are severely hungry and don’t know where their next meal will come from.

• Provide access to safe drinking water and sanitation, including the rehabilitation of community facilities • Distribute Hygiene kits (including soap, chlorine tablets, etc.) • Supply shelter kits
