Cornwall Search and Rescue Team are fundraising for a new emergency response vehicle. The teams fleet of vehicles includes two 4x4 off-road ambulances and two control vehicles. All the vehicles need replacing and the Big Give Christmas Challenge is to fund a vehicle for our East division.

Situation
The teams fleet of vehicles have reached the end of their life expectancy and we are starting to experience reliability issues. It is essential that all our vehicles can be deployed when we are called out to search for missing and vulnerable people. Our team members need to safely travel around Cornwall and Devon when needed. The new vehicle for our East Cornwall section will ensure we can find and rescue people effectively.
Solution
The project will mean we have a new reliable vehicle which is fit for purpose. The current reliability issues being faced will no longer be an issue and our volunteers will be able to continue to provide our 24/7 emergency response service to Cornwall and
