A quality early years education is essential to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Providing training to kindergarten teachers in Ghana is the highest priority. Sabre's teacher training will enable hundreds of teachers to give thousands of children the best start to their education.

Situation
Despite policy reforms making kindergarten education a compulsory part of the primary education system in Ghana, the sector is woefully underfunded. 61.2% of existing teachers have no formal training and classroom resources are inappropriate and scarce, with one workbook for every three children enrolled. Research shows improvements at this age deliver a greater rate of return then investments at any other stage in the education system.
Solution
