One in six people, including half a billion children, are infected with neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). Most people have never heard of these diseases, but they have devastating effects. END7 was launched to raise awareness and funds to help eliminate the seven most common NTDs by 2020.

Situation
Without treatment, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) can lead to blindness, malnutrition, anaemia and other severe physical and cognitive disabilities. They can make children too sick to go to school and can prevent adults from working and caring for their families. Studies have shown the children consistently treated for NTDs are more likely to attend school and to earn higher wages as adults.
Solution
A simple packet of pills can treat and prevent infection from all seven diseases. The pills are distributed to the entire community once or twice a year through a process known as mass drug administration (MDA), until the diseases are eliminated. Becaus
