Classic texts regularly feature on the syllabuses for Drama, Classics and English. The provision of practical drama workshops on the subject of Ancient Greek theatre, led by fully qualified arts practitioners, are in limited supply. Budgets for workshops and theatre visits in state schools are consistently being cut and subjects such as Drama and Classics are suffering. Conversely the demand for external support that is focussed, practical, fun, inspiring and within budget, remains high.

Our Ancient Greek drama workshops offer state school students in educationally disadvantaged areas the chance to benefit from additional learning support. We work with teachers to provide tailored workshops which meet individual requirements & support students to understand & enjoy the main themes & issues of the play in question. We will develop new Greek drama and Ancient myth workshops designed for primary schools to inspire and educate younger children in classical civilisation.
