  • It is fantastic therapy for people with dementia and a happy relief for carers. We wish that it could continue for the length of our Alzheimer’s journey...

  • I’ll never forget watching mum and dad dancing in rehearsals, holding each other close and loving life. Some sessions and concerts became challenging of course as dad’s condition deteriorated but no one turned a hair when he joined in with the professional tenor in one concert or sang a loud ‘amen’

To provide relief to the terrible loneliness and isolation felt by people living with dementia and their families. To give people with dementia a voice within the community. To raise the confidence of people with the diagnosis. To provide quality life experiences to those living with or alongside dementia.

The charity is testament to the potential of song, music and shared creativity to enrich and enhance people’s lives. The choirs provide a safe, supportive, normalising and nourishing place to make friends and join together in a joyful, positive experience.
