We are constantly trying to reach more carers in the community, and frequently need to recruit additional staff to increase capacity to provide service. We are seeking help with the initial cost of recruitment, induction and wage costs until the build up of additional repite hours establishes a sustainable situation.

Situation
The gross cost of providing a respite hour is currently £9.96p, and we are looking to give each carer breaks of 3 hours, possibly twice per week. This represents a cost of £3100 p.a., and it is this cost that we are seeking from donors.
