    Situation

We want to give the children in our Nursery and outside in the Community, the opportunity to have access to the latest IT Technology. Many of our parents are unable to afford this type of equipment in their own homes so our Nursery is the ideal location for this equipment. The Plasma Screen will be touch operated so that children of all abilities will be able to take part. Children in wheelchairs and with special needs will also have full access making this a fully inclusive activity for all children to enjoy and learn from. If we have sufficient funds, we would like to include more of these screens on our Toy Library Service which would deliver these to over 200 other nurseries and playgroups throughout the city. Each group would be able to borrow these for one month at a time giving up to 6,000 IT access and practise which will hold them in good stead in later life.
