We organise regular clean ups of disadvantaged areas of Nottingham by local volunteers. This helps to keep the area clean and costs very little. A donation of a few hundred pounds would help this activity.

Situation
We organise regular teams of local volunteers to clean up areas of rubbish. This can include parks, streets and alleyways. The activity is very cheap, with the main cost being publicity to recruit local volunteers, protective clothing like gloves, litter pickers and volunteer expenses such as reimbursement of bus tickets. A small donation would make a big difference to this project.
