ARRCC now want to extend care in the community by creating a new Outreach Service. This will be a much more flexible service where clients take the lead in deciding the type if support they require. In this way they will maintain independence and be able to participate more fully in their chosen lifestyle Initially we want to appoint a Manager for this Enterprise, who will then be instrumental in the planning, organisation and staffing appointments. We will then appoint 4 PA's and provide training Manager will be well informed and well trained in order to appoint and build a strong team structure, who will all have clear roles and focus, this will also include a staff appraisal programme Staff to be appointed with clear roles and Job Descriptions Our monitoring system will indicate whether our service is meeting needs of our clients, and will be adjusted if it is not. Reviews with clients will demonstrate that they have flexibility and ownership of the service they are receiving A strong monitoring system will identify next steps which will include continual funding reviews The funding we require will be towards the initial cost of the Outreach Manager This would be a contributions towards £25,000
