Ethiopia is one of the worst African countries in relation to street children’s issues and spread of HIV/AIDS. Dessie and Woldia in Wollo province, in which we intend to run part of the project, are among the identified towns.We will work closely with local schools and Charitys with similar goal.

Situation
We are targeting with our project. • Children and young people (girls and boys under 20) who are working and living on the street and have no access to basic services: shelter, healthcare, education and training. • Families/parents and carers of street children/young people who are living in slummed, overcrowded and hazardous housing conditions, and absence of sanitation.
Solution
The overall aims of the project is to: • improve the lives and living conditions of street and working children & young people by enabling them to get out of streets and live a normal life in their communities, and have better opportunities for shelter, education and healthcare; • improve the lives of families/parents and carers of street children/young people
