The Hospice is in need of a new fire to replace a current gas fire. This is due to the fact that we will soon loose the use of the chimney above the fire due to external renovations and the addition of a conservatory.

Situation
We will shortly be loosing the chimney and flue rendering our current fire unusable. As the existing fire has a balanced flue which is attached in the area that our conservatory will be, we will need to replace the existing gas fire with an electric one.
Solution
We are hoping to replace the current gas fire with an electric fire which will not require a flue.
