Make-A-Wish has over 600 volunteers and 44 members of staff. Continuous training is needed to ensure that everyone ‘working’ for Make-A-Wish is doing so as effectively as possible.

Make-A-Wish volunteers and staff are involved in many facets of the wishgranting and fundraising process. From visiting and speaking with wish children and their families, to making presentations to school, hospitals and organisations, both staff and volunteers need specialist training.
Solution
by training each and every member of staff or volunteers in specif areas be it computer training to public speaking.
