Situation
We need to raise £5m to refurbish a large disused site which will create employment opportunities and open up community facilities, nursery places, incubator units for small businesses and social enterprises, training, sports, youth and family activities. We aim to develop our work with the lonely elderly and counselling services. These include a proposed wellbeing centre where people can access quickly free or subsidised counselling in areas of mental wellbeing, pregnancy and post abortion support, debt advice, parenting and family support.
