Situation
Over recent years the services provided by William Simpson’s have been operating at full capacity with waiting lists. This is due to a pressing need for the services offered and the expertise available within the specialist area of residential care for people with alcohol addiction. The demand for Respite and Day Care facilities has increased substantially particularly over the last 2 years. We have now reached a stage where it is no longer possible to accommodate this demand within the constraints of our premises. The adaptation of the existing Residential Home building to provide an expanded Respite and Day Care Centre to accommodate 12 Residential Respite and 16 Day Care Service Users. This building will also accommodate the administration centre for the William Simpson’s Complex.
